How do I make a purchase order with this generator?

Enter your business details as the buyer, add your supplier, a PO number and order and delivery dates, then a line item for everything you are ordering with its quantity and price. Subtotal, tax and total update live in the preview. Click Print / Save as PDF and send it to your supplier.

What is the difference between a purchase order and an invoice?

A purchase order is sent by the buyer to order goods or services — it says what you want, how many, and at what price. An invoice is sent by the seller afterwards to request payment for what was delivered. The free invoice generator covers the other side.
