KipiForms is built to be private by design. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use this site: almost nothing, because almost nothing leaves your device.
What you type into the generators
Every generator on KipiForms — the pay stub, invoice, receipt and estimate tools — runs entirely in your web browser. The names, addresses, hours, rates and amounts you type are never uploaded, sent, or stored on any server. There is no account to create and no database of your documents.
Saved entries on your own device
So you do not lose your work if you close the tab, each tool saves what you typed in your browser's local storage, on your own device only. That data never leaves your device and is never visible to us. You can erase it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for kipiforms.com, or by resetting the tool and clearing the fields.
Basic site operation
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as pages requested and the time of the request) to keep the site running and secure. Those logs do not include anything you type into the generators.
Advertising
KipiForms may show ads served by Google AdSense. If ads are running, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can learn about and control ad personalization through Google's ad settings. Advertising does not change how the generators work, and advertisers never receive anything you type into a tool.
If you email us, we will see your email address and whatever you write, and we will use it only to reply. We do not sell or share email addresses.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
