Why KipiForms exists

The big template sites charge per document for something simple: a clean pay stub, invoice, or receipt that you type into yourself. Contractors and tiny businesses make these documents every single week — so here they are free. Free to make, free to save, free to download, free to print. No sign-up, no fee, no watermark, and no paywall waiting at the end after you've typed everything in.

Who built it

KipiForms is made by the same person behind Kipi Calculator — a working excavation operator with ten years around small crews and the paperwork that follows them: pay stubs for the crew, invoices for the customer, receipts for everybody. These tools are built the way the work demands: fast, plain, and right the first time.

How it works

Every generator runs entirely in your browser. What you type is never uploaded to us — your templates, employees, clients, and past documents are saved on your own device, in your browser. You can back them up or clear them any time from Your Data & Backup.

How the site pays for itself

The spreadsheets and document packs on Premium ($3–$5, one time, no subscription) keep the free tools free. If a premium file isn't what you needed, email support@kipiforms.com within 14 days for a refund.
