The free generators

The generators on KipiForms are free for personal and business use. You may create, save, download, and print documents for your own work without charge or sign-up.

Templates, not advice

These are document templates and estimating tools — not tax, legal, or accounting advice. The pay stub generator does not calculate your taxes: it prints the figures you enter, for estimation and record-keeping. Check pay-stub requirements for your state on our state pages, and confirm anything that matters with your accountant or your state labor office.

Your documents are your responsibility

What you type is what prints. Check names, figures, and dates before you send a document to anyone. Pay stubs and similar documents must reflect real pay and real work — using them to misrepresent income or employment is fraud, and documents you create are your responsibility.

Premium downloads

Premium templates and spreadsheets are one-time purchases for your own business use. Please don't resell or redistribute the files. If a file isn't what you needed, email support@kipiforms.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

No warranty

The site and its documents are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We check the generators carefully, but we aren't liable for losses that come from using a document or an estimate.

Changes

These terms can be updated as the site grows. The date at the top is the current version.
