Everything you save on KipiForms — form drafts, templates, employees, clients, customers, and your past documents — is stored only in this browser, on this device. None of it is uploaded to us. We couldn't read your documents if we wanted to.
⚠️ Shared computer warning
Because your data lives in the browser, anyone who uses this browser can open your saved names, addresses, and documents. If you use KipiForms on a shared or public computer, download a backup if you need one, then clear your data before you walk away.
Back up your data
A backup is one file with everything KipiForms has saved in this browser. Keep it somewhere private — it contains your saved business information.
Restore a backup
Pick a backup file you downloaded before. Restoring adds those templates, people, and settings back into this browser — it merges with what's here now.
Clear everything
This removes all KipiForms data from this browser — drafts, templates, saved people, and document history. There is no undo unless you have a backup file.
